New construction of 700,000 square feet residential tower and museum in downtown San Francisco. The 47-story tower will house up to 130 residential units, as well as space for the Mexican Museum on levels one through four. The tower and museum will connect to the adjacent 1903 Aronson Building, which is being restored and rehabilitated as part of the project.

ARS is working closely with the owner to provide building code consulting and permit expediting services for this new construction of a residential building and museum. Provide permit schedule coordination, pre-application review, retail, street use and parking permits, and residential high-rise tower permits.
