The Dr. George W. Davis Senior Housing and Senior Center consists of 121 one- and two-bedroom affordable senior rental units in the rapidly developing Third Street corridor of the Bayview District. The 64,369-sq.-ft. project consists of four buildings that are three-to-four stories over podium with common areas and property management offices, as well as sitting, dining, and exercise rooms.The project also includes a 13,500-sq.-ft., at-grade senior center with support services, two conference rooms, a kitchen, lounges and staff offices.The project is pursuing LEED Gold.
