This building was constructed in 1904, and was one of only three buildings in the area to survive the 1906 earthquake and fire. Currently in the process of re-developing the property into a 200+ key YOTEL branded hotel, with a significant food and beverage component. The project encompasses 84,000 square feet, 200+ keys, 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail/F&B space, 3,500 square feet of rooftop F&B space.

Provide both pre-application review and moving plans through submission to permit approval. The project includes interior demolition, seismic and structural strengthening, exterior renovation, change of use from office to hotel, as well as the addition of a roof deck to this historic building.
