New construction of a 400,000 square foot, two-building campus that will include 320,000 square feet of tech-oriented office space and another 80,000 square feet of space dedicated to so-called “production, distribution and repair,” or PDR.

Assist with building code and permit consulting for the new construction project. Provide in-depth knowledge of current codes as they pertain to the project. Use construction experience and established industry relationships to help facilitate planning at all phases, including communication with regulatory agencies as well as design team coordination.
