ARS provide building code and permit consulting services for this historic renovation and change of use from an office to 3 story brick retail store. This abandoned Dot.Com project was purchased by Sports Basement, a retailer. ARS presented a request to the Board of Permit Appeals for a reclassification of this builing to a prior retail use and won approval.
