ARS Role:

ARS provided the building code consulting and permit expediting services for this major renovation of a historic building. ARS performed the original code consulting and permitting in the 1980’s when Neiman Marcus bought and renovated this historic Union Square site. The project included a demolition of a building in the Union Square Historic district and a vertical addition to the atrium buildings which triggered an upgrade to comply with 905 Smoke Control.
