ARS provided building code and permit consulting services for this retail remodel with a first of it’s kind glass staircase. This major renovation of a 1920 bank building was challenging because we were requested to gain approval to remove all the floor and walls except for the 2 walls at the property line. When the Mayor Willie Brown drove by and asked “What happened to that building?” ARS was ready with the reply!
