Type I, Redevelopment Agency, Building includes a four story health club facility with spa, exercise rooms, swimming pool and gymnasium. Approximately 1,000,000 square feet.
ARS provided building code consulting and permit expediting for this multi-use high-rise residential towers, hotel and health club. The luxury residential units have panoramic city and bay views. The hotel is designed to pamper each guest and offers a bar lounge, world class restaurant, ballroom and conference facilities. This project utilizes a seamless connection merging the old, 6 story historic, and new building for such functions as hotel registration and bar/lounge.
This is one of the biggest projects ever for Millennium Partners and is considered a flagship for the Four Season Hotel chain. By providing extensive planning well in advance of the project, ARS was able to save the developers money and receive Certificate of Occupancy & Completion within six months of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, bringing the project to completion six weeks ahead of schedule. This amazing result can be attributed to the coordination with all contractors and positive relationships developed between all parties.
