ARS provide extensive building code expertise and permit expediting for this 24 story high rise. This project presented many challenges with both a historic renovation and change of use form office to residential consisting of 101 units. ARS was able to fulfill the owner’s ambitious plans to build bay windows over the adjacent neighbor’s property line by coordinating solutions with all AHJ’s. Other approvals from the Board of Examiners were obtained including approvals for communicating openings between neighboring buildings.
