ARS provided building code and permit consulting services for this historic renovation and change of use from office to residential of an 8 story building with 111 units. This office building conversion project to residential condos changed the occupancy from B office to R-1 residential condos. There is also an existing retail store. Included in this project was the shearwall system upgrade and foundation.
