ARS Role:

This project was a renovation of a historic port building with retail, restaurant and office spaces. ARS provided building code and permit consulting services for this major renovation and restoration of this historic building. The removal of the floors in this historic building created a new atrium condition that required many studies by the Port Fire Marshal and Port Building Inspection Division.
