ARS Role:

This historic renovation and new addition for mixed use residential consist of 50 units. ARS provided building code and permit consulting services for this Type I construction including a multi-theater complex. This was the first San Francisco building to have 905 Smoke Control making this building particularly challenging. Many lessons were learned from this building which have resulted in time and cost savings on future projects.
