ARS Role:
ARS provided building code and permit expediting services for his new, major museum complex, including completion of all final inspections. This Redevelopment jurisdiction project is the major part of a multi facet complex that includes the Four Seasons Hotel, the Marriott Hotel, Jessie Square Garage, the Yerba Buena Gardens, and the Mexican Museum. After many negotiations with the adjacent property owners for ingress and egress, the project was granted it’s Certificate of Final Completion (CFC) on time and under budget.
